- At our General Meetings hear expert Speakers on social, health, cultural and environmental issues with a focus on equality for women and girls
- Interest groups on a wide range of topics from literature, history and technology to fitness and cuisine
- Development, research and review of resolutions for consideration at the CFUW or FFUW Ontario Council Annual General Meetings
- Local advocacy on CFUW policies
- Supporting university students through scholasrships and awards
