May 24 CFUW Banquet/AGM – Brantford Golf & Country Club – Well-known local author and retired infectious diseases specialist, Dr. Ross Pennie, will unveil his newest book.
CFUW Brantford Members enthusiastically supported the Basketeers Program of Nova Vita, our local women’s shelter, again this year, donating enough money and articles to put together three full kitchen baskets. These baskets will benefit women leaving the shelter to set up their own residences after leaving difficult situations. Good job all!

Reflecting on the legacy of Glenhyrst and how it echoes the history of Brantford and community. Contributions of CFUW members, particularly those of Mary Stedman, will be highlighted.
CFUW members gathered at the home of Pat Clemons on beautiful Blue Lake for our annual Potluck Picnic. Those who wanted took a dip while the others enjoyed the scenery and the conversation. Dinner, as always, was a real treat! Thanks are extended to Pat for welcoming us to her lovely home.
