On Wednesday, April 16th 2014, the CFUW Brantford Interest Group – Exploring the Art of Cooking gathered at Bistro 515 on Park Road North in Brantford. The members participated and observed the cooking of our dinner by the Owner and Chef Bruce. It was a fun evening, featuring great food, lots of cooking tips, and the exchange of many foody ideas.
